I'm back from the Outskirts... It was more horrible there than I thought it would be. Hanna surely wasn't exaggerating when she said that the Outskirts were dangerous. Never before have I seen such angry and mislead Whos...
I stopped by the house, but sadly it's night time and everyone was asleep. But I'm glad to see that even Sally can get to sleep fine and not stay up all night worrying over me... I hope I didn't cause too much problems by going away for so long.

So, those rumors that I've been hearing about the Outskirts are true. *sigh*
Regardless, we're all thankful you've returned unscatched, at least phyisically. But... it seems to me that things are becoming worse and worse regarding our current situation. This is bad Mr. Mayor, very bad indeed - for lack of a better phrase.

Yes, very true.
And yes, things are becoming worse. It seems that going over there didn't help things at all... I was hoping to talk to them like civilized Whos, but all my showing up did was anger them more! I don't understand what I did for them to get riled up in the first place.
